Arup Kumar Kundu MDF, FRCP, FICPM, FNAS, is a distinguished internist with over 35 years of experience, renowned for his clinical acumen, analytical skills, and clarity in internal medicine. For more than 25 years, his book on clinical medicine has been a trusted reference for undergraduate and postgraduate medical students across India and the subcontinent.
Dr. Kundu is celebrated as a master teacher, examiner for UGs and PGs in various Indian universities, and a sought-after clinician and educator. He has authored five additional books on medicine, contributed chapters to textbooks including Kumar and Clark's Clinical Medicine (6th–10th editions) and the API Textbook of Medicine (8th edition), and published over 125 papers in peer-reviewed indexed journals.
He has delivered lectures and served as faculty at numerous national and international conferences and symposia, and has contributed articles to national newspapers and appeared on AIR and Doordarshan.
