Rajendra Prasad, MD, DTCD, DSc (Honoris Causa), is Director of Medical Education and Professor of Pulmonary Medicine at Era’s Lucknow Medical College and Hospital, Era University, Lucknow, and Emeritus Professor at the National Academy of Medical Sciences, India. Formerly, he served as Director of the Vallabhbhai Patel Chest Institute, University of Delhi, and as Professor and Head of Pulmonary Medicine at King George’s Medical University, Lucknow. An international leader in pulmonary medicine, he has published over 400 scientific papers, authored 11 books, and supervised nearly 200 research projects. A recipient of the Dr B. C. Roy National Award, he is widely respected as an eminent clinician, researcher, and teacher.

Nikhil Gupta, MBBS, MD (Internal Medicine), MAMS, FIMSA, holds a Diploma in Allergy and Asthma and a Distance Fellowship in Diabetes from CMC Vellore. He is currently Associate Professor in the Department of General Medicine at Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Institute of Medical Sciences, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. He previously served as Assistant Professor in the Department of Medicine at Era’s Lucknow Medical College & Hospital, Lucknow (2012–2017) and has worked in Critical Care Medicine at Apollo Hospital, Chennai. Kiran Vishnu Narayan, MBBS, MD (Medicine), DNB, DM, is currently Associate Professor in the Department of Pulmonary Medicine at Government Medical College, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. A double gold medalist in MD from King George’s Medical College, Lucknow, and recipient of the Henry Claman Gold Medal at CMC Vellore, he has an outstanding academic record. He was awarded the “Young Promising Pulmonologist of Kerala” by the Academy of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine in 2018. With a special interest in lung radiology and sonology, he has authored books in the lung radiology series published by Nature.
