Return and Refund Policy

We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless an item is delivered damaged, defective, or misprinted.

1. Scope of Eligibility (Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Only)

We only accept returns, replacements, or refunds if the product you received has a major structural issue. This is strictly limited to:

Misprints: Missing pages, blank pages, or severe printing errors that make the text unreadable.

Structural Defects: Faulty binding, torn covers, or pages detached prior to opening.

Transit Damage: Physical damage suffered by the book during delivery.

Please Note: We do not accept returns or offer refunds for "change of mind," ordering the wrong edition by mistake, or if you simply no longer require the book.

2. How to Report a Problem
If your item arrives with any of the valid issues listed above, you must report it within **48 hours** of receiving your package:

Email Us: Send a clear description of the issue to info@cbspd.com

Required Proof: You must include your order number, invoice, and clear photographs or a short video showing the specific misprint, defect, or shipping damage.

Action Taken: Once our team verifies the issue, we will arrange for a replacement copy to be shipped to you at no extra cost, or issue a refund if a replacement is unavailable.

3. Refunds & Processing (When Applicable)
If a replacement copy cannot be provided for a verified defective item, a refund will be initiated to your original method of payment.

Once approved, the credit will typically reflect in your account within **5 to 7 business days**, depending entirely on your bank or card issuer's policies.

4. Shipping Costs for Valid Returns
For confirmed cases of misprints, defects, or transit damage, cbspd.com will cover all pickup and replacement shipping costs.

Any items sent back to our warehouse without prior approval and photo verification from our support team will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
