P Valentina MPharm, PhD is currently Professor and Principal, PERI College of Pharmacy, Chennai. Her educational background includes a graduation from Periyar College of Pharmaceutical Sciences for Girls, Trichy and College of Pharmacy at Madras Medical College, Chennai. She completed her PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences from SRM Institute of Science and Technology (SRMISD, Chennai. With an impressive 30 years of teaching and two years of pharmaceutical industry experience, Dr Valentina has made significant contributions to her field. She has authored over 75 scientific publications in peer-reviewed national and international journals, showcasing he rcommitment to research and education. Additionally, she is the author of the Textbook of Medicinal Chemistry, Volumes I and II and Medicinal Chemistry for Pharm D further solidifying her role as a key figure in pharmaceutical education.
