Subhash C Saxena,
Subhash C. Saxena, BSc (Civil Engineering), MASc (Highway and Traffic Engineering), FASCE, FIE, FZwIE, MIRC, graduated from Birla Institute of Technology, Ranchi, and obtained his postgraduate degree from the University of Toronto, Canada. He has over 44 years of experience in teaching, research, and consultancy across India and abroad.
He has served as a traffic expert on several National Highway projects for NHAI, guided numerous postgraduate scholars, and published over 55 research papers. He is the author of widely used books including Tunnel Engineering, A Textbook of Railway Engineering, Traffic Planning and Design, and Airport Engineering: Planning and Design.
Currently, he is a traffic consultant with Theme Engineering Services Pvt. Ltd., Jaipur, and a guest faculty member at engineering colleges in Jaipur.
