Pawan Kumar Pindi
Dr Pavan Kumar Pindi is currently Professor, Department of Microbiology and
Director, Research Cell university PG College, Palamuru University, Mahabubnagar,
TS, India. He pursued his M.Sc. and PhD Degree in Microbiology from Kakatiya
University, Warangal. He has 30 years of research and 16 years of teaching experience. He
has published more than 100 research publications and 6 patents. He worked as, Post-
Doctoral Fellow at Munich, Germany and CCMB, Hyderabad. He has Received many awards
such as DAAD Fellow (2000), DST-Young Scientist Award (2011), UGC Research award (2013),
Best Scientist award (2016 and 2018) and was honored with State Best Teacher award (2019)
by Govt, of Telangana, Fellow, Royal Society of Biology, London, UK and Telangana State
Academy of Sciences (TAS) His major Contributions involved strengthening academic bodies
by achieving recognitions like UGC-12B (2014), PCI-Pharmaceutical Sciences (2014), NCTE-
