Produl Hazarika MS, FACS, FRCS (Edin), FIAO, FUWAI, FUICC, is a former Professor and Head, Department of ENT and Head-Neck Surgery, Kasturba Medical College, Manipal, and former Senior Consultant at NMC Hospital, Abu Dhabi. He is currently Consultant ENT Surgeon at Nemcare Hospital, Guwahati, Assam. With over 30 years of clinical experience and 25 years in teaching undergraduates and postgraduates, he has published over 100 papers in peer-reviewed national and international journals. Dr. Hazarika has been a sought-after speaker at conferences, live surgery workshops, and CME programs in India and abroad. Selected as an International Guest Scholar by the American College of Surgeons in 1986, he has traveled widely, including to the US, UK, Australia, Malaysia, Switzerland, and Mauritius. He was the first surgeon to introduce the Nucleus 22-channel cochlear implant in India in 1995.

Dipak R. Nayak, MS, FICS, FIAO, UICC Fellow, is a former Professor and Head and Chief of Unit I, Department of ENT and Head-Neck Surgery, Kasturba Medical College, Manipal, Karnataka, and is currently Senior Consultant at Utkal Hospital, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. With over 30 years of experience in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching and clinical practice, Dr. Nayak has served as a national and international faculty in conferences, live surgeries, and CME workshops. He completed a project on “Recent Trends in Head, Neck, and Skull Base Surgery” at the University of Illinois, Chicago, and holds a UICC Fellowship. He has been Visiting Professor at Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore, USA in 1998, and visited Royal Infirmary Hospital, University of Leicester, UK in 2004. He has published over 150 research and review papers in national and international journals and authored four books: Manipal Manual of Endoscopic Sinus Surgery, Endoscopic Surgery of Nose and Paranasal Sinuses and Related Topics, Clinical and Operative Methods in ENT and Head & Neck Surgery, and Textbook of Ear, Nose, Throat, and Head & Neck Surgery: Clinical and Practical.

Sampath Chandra Prasad Rao

Sam Path Chandra Prasad Rao, MS, DNB, FEB-ORLHNS, FACS, FEAONO, is a Fellow of the European Board of Examinations and the European Academy of Otology and Neurotology. He completed a fellowship in skull base surgeries and hearing implantology at the Skull Base Unit, Casa Di Cura Piacenza, Italy, and was awarded a fellowship by EAONO. He trained under renowned skull base surgeons Mario Sanna, Jacques Magnan, and Paolo Castelnuovo for over six years, gaining extensive experience in skull base surgery. He has received numerous national and international fellowships, including the BACO fellowship, and has served as faculty at various conferences worldwide. He has published over 150 peer-reviewed scientific papers, contributed 40 chapters to textbooks, and authored three textbooks. In 2019, he was awarded honorary FACS by the American College of Surgeons.
