Pradip Kumar Sadhu is Professor and Head, Department of Electrical Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines), Dhanbad. He obtained his bachelor’s, master’s, and PhD degrees in Electrical Engineering from Jadavpur University, West Bengal. He previously served as faculty at BIT Mesra, Ranchi, and also worked in various industries. With 31 years of experience (19 years in teaching and 12 years in industry), he has been granted four patents, with 27 more under process. He is Principal Investigator of several government-funded projects, reviewer for international journals including IEEE Transactions on Power Electronics, and has guided numerous MTech and PhD scholars.
