Dr. Godkar also held the position of research guide at Symbiosis International University, Pune. He was a National Research Council Fellow at the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research (WRAIR), USA. Dr. Godkar is currently a guest speaker at various medical colleges in Health University Mumbai, Thane, Maharashtra, and at numerous paramedical and science colleges across Maharashtra.
