Jaideep Herbert, PhD (Ssh.), MSc (MSN), is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Vidyanta Skills Institute, Medical Simulation Center, Gurugram, Haryana. He graduated with first rank in his Baccalaureate from Pt. Ravi Shankar Shukla University, Raipur, Chhattisgarh, and completed his Master’s in Nursing with a specialization in Cardiovascular and Thoracic Nursing from Devi Ahilya University, Indore. Dr. Herbert is an expert in designing curriculums for healthcare crash courses and specialty programs. He is also involved in the development of training curricula and delivering training in a simulation and skills learning center, adhering to ICI & NABH standards. An Internationally certified instructor by the American Heart Association, Dr. Herbert is also a certified NABH entry-level assessor. He serves as an expert from India for the World Skills Olympics in the Health & Social Care sector and as an International Jury member for the World Skills Competition.

Shweta Pattnaik, MSc (MSN), RN, RM, BSN, is currently serving as a Professor and Head of the MSN Department at Chothram College of Nursing, Indore, Madhya Pradesh. She completed her MSc in Nursing with a specialization in Cardiovascular Thoracic Nursing from Chothram College of Nursing, Indore. As a Clinical Coordinator, she plays a key role in supervising and providing effective clinical skills training to nursing students. Additionally, she serves as the lead Program Coordinator for several initiatives, including internship programs, the recruitment and training of new staff nurses, and projects such as SPUN (Strengthening Practices to Upskill Nurses) and CTP (Continuing Training Program for Staff Nurses) at Chothram Hospital & Research Center, Indore. Shweta has received grants from prominent government organizations, including the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) and the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR), to organize conferences. She has presented and published research papers at both national and international forums and has been honored with Best Paper and Poster Awards.

Anil Sharma, PhD, MSc (MSN), is currently serving as the Professor and Principal of Manikaka Topawala Institute of Nursing, a constituent of CHARUSAT University, Anand, Gujarat. A qualified cardiothoracic nurse, Dr. Sharma completed his BSc in Nursing in 2004 and his MSc in Medical-Surgical Nursing with a specialization in cardiothoracic care in 2009.
