Shweta Pattnaik
Shweta Pattnaik, MSc (MSN), RN, RM, BSN, is currently serving as a Professor and Head of the MSN Department at Chothram College of Nursing, Indore, Madhya Pradesh. She completed her MSc in Nursing with a specialization in Cardiovascular Thoracic Nursing from Chothram College of Nursing, Indore.
As a Clinical Coordinator, she plays a key role in supervising and providing effective clinical skills training to nursing students. Additionally, she serves as the lead Program Coordinator for several initiatives, including internship programs, the recruitment and training of new staff nurses, and projects such as SPUN (Strengthening Practices to Upskill Nurses) and CTP (Continuing Training Program for Staff Nurses) at Chothram Hospital & Research Center, Indore.
Shweta has received grants from prominent government organizations, including the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) and the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR), to organize conferences. She has presented...
