AS Sandhu
AS Sandhu has an impeachable academic record from several Indian and foreign universities; has headed the Departments of Extension Education at the University of Liberia, W. Africa, University of Basrah, Iraq, and Punjab Agricultural University. He has also coordinated a USAID technology assessment and transfer project under the aegis of the West Africa Rice Development Association (One of the 13 International Agricultural Research Centres under the CGIAR System), in 15 West African countries. As such, he possesses a vast global experience of both classroom and field in the discipline of extension education. His writings have been included into the publications of IDRC, IRRI, Farming System Support Project at the University of Florida. U.S.A. and in several India and international journals and books
