AS Sandhu
A. S. Sandhu has an outstanding academic record from several Indian and international universities. He has served as Head of the Departments of Extension Education at the University of Liberia (West Africa), University of Basrah (Iraq), and Punjab Agricultural University, India. He also coordinated a USAID technology assessment and transfer project under the West Africa Rice Development Association (one of the 13 International Agricultural Research Centres under the CGIAR system) across 15 West African countries. With extensive global experience in both classroom teaching and fieldwork in extension education, his research and writings have been published by IDRC, IRRI, the Farming Systems Support Project at the University of Florida (USA), and in several national and international journals and books.
