Dr. Ajoy S. Joseph is currently Professor of Marketing and HRD and Head of the Postgraduate Department of Management Studies at Srinivas Institute of Technology, Mangalore, Karnataka. He earned his PhD from Mangalore University, a Diploma in Supply Chain and Logistics Management from Trios College, Canada, and completed the Faculty Development Program (FDP) at IIM Shillong.
Dr. Joseph has over 14 years of experience in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching at institutions including KVG College of Engineering, Sullia; St. Aloysius College, Mangalore; and PA College of Engineering, Mangalore. He has participated in numerous Executive Development Programs (EDPs) and training workshops.
