Ratna Parikh
Ratna Parikh, MS, FACS, FAIS
graduated in surgery from Grant Medical College and JJ Hospital, Mumbai, and has six years of teaching experience at BYL Nair Hospital. She trained and worked in surgical oncology under Dr Praful Desai for 18 years and visited leading cancer centers including MD Anderson and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Centers, USA. She is the coordinating editor of Practical Clinical Oncology and has contributed several chapters to the book. She has numerous national and international publications and presentations and was elected Fellow of the American College of Surgeons in 2012. She is currently a consultant at Bharatiya Arogya Nidhi and Breach Candy Hospitals, Mumbai.
