Nagalakshmi V
Nagalakshmi Vijaykumar, MD (Physiology), is currently Professor, Department of Physiology, SDM College of Medical Sciences and Hospital, SDMU, Dharwad, Karnataka. She completed her MBBS and MD from S.S. Medical College, Tumkur. She has also completed the Advanced Course in Medical Education (ACME) conducted by the Medical Council of India (MCI) at the Nodal Centre for Faculty Development, JNMC, Belagavi. She has 13 years of undergraduate and three years of postgraduate teaching experience.
She is a member of the Board of Studies for undergraduate and postgraduate curricula at SDMU. With a keen interest in medical education, she has contributed to the development and implementation of the SDMU curriculum. She has published 17 research papers in indexed national and international journals.
