DV Reddy
DV Reddy BVSc, MVSc (Animal Science), PhD (Animal Nutrition) is former Professor ard Head. Department of Animal Nutrition, and Dean, Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Veterinary Education and Research (RGIVER), Puducherry. He has been in the government service for 36 years as a veterinary doctor; lecturer in dairy science at Jawahar Bharathi, Kavali; faculty member in veterinary science at Acharya NG Ranga Agricultural University, Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh, before joining as Professor at RGIVER, Puducherry. He has been passionately pursuing his job as an animal science educator for which he is actively reading and writing for veterinary students and professionals.
Inspired by A Psalm of Life (1839) written by Henry Wadsworth Longfellow, Prof Reddy works towards improving life by making judicious utilization of his time, instead of blaming life.
