Rekha Kumari, MSc (OBG), PhD (Pursuing), is an Assistant Professor at the School of Nursing Science and Research, Sharda University, Greater Noida. She has over 11 years of teaching experience and completed her MSc in Obstetric and Gynecological Nursing from Himalayan College of Nursing. She has published around 18 research papers in Scopus- and UGC CARE–indexed journals and has presented scholarly work in the field of education. Dr. Kumari has held several academic and administrative roles, including Head of the OBG Department, NAAC Criteria 7 school-level representative, class coordinator, newsletter editor, lab supervisor, and research advisor for UG and PG students. She has actively organized and participated in numerous national and international conferences, lectures, and workshops, and has collaborated with NGOs such as the Society of Menstruation Disorder and Hygiene Management, Transgender Health in India, and Mahila Unnathi Sanstha. Currently, she contributes to nine foundations working in the field of menstrual hygiene.

He completed his UG and PG from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bengaluru, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Public Health from Noida International University, Greater Noida. With 15 years of teaching and administrative experience in reputed universities across India, he has organized several national and international conferences and published over 24 research and review articles in reputed indexed and Scopus journals. He has authored three books, contributed chapters to multiple Indian publications, and holds two patents. Dr. Kumar is deeply committed to research and rural community health, actively organizing health awareness programs for underserved populations.
