Deepak Kumar Shandilya M RHBSC, MSc (Nursing) (Psychiatric), MIM (HA), PhD (Nursing) is currently Principal at Abhilashi College of Nursing, Mandi (HP). He completed his BSc (Nursing) from Jiwaji University, Gwalior, MSc (Mental Health Nursing) from Maharishi Markandeshwar University, Mullana, Ambala, and MBA in Hospital Administration from Jaipur National University. He earned his PhD in Nursing from NIMS University, Jaipur. With over 15 years of teaching and administrative experience, he has received numerous awards for contributions to nursing education, research, and social services from universities and state authorities. He has published multiple research articles in national and international journals and has supervised and trained student nurses in several mental health institutions across India, including IIHBAS (New Delhi), CIP (Ranchi), Mansik Arogyashala (Gwalior), RINPAS (Ranchi), IMHH (Agra), and KIMHH (Amritsar).
