Priyanka Randhir, BSc (N), HN, RM, completed her MA in Sociology from Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar, Punjab. She has been working in the field of nursing since 2010. She has served as a Nursing Tutor at Khalsa College of Nursing, Amritsar, and SMLD School of Nursing, Amritsar, and has worked in various clinical settings in Muktsar Sahib and Mohali, Punjab.
She contributes to the “Nursing Next Live” project as a Senior Content Strategist, enhancing subjects such as Sociology, Nursing Informatics, Nursing Education, Nursing Management, and Nursing Research. She has presented research papers at international workshops and conferences and served as a resource person for Youth Red Cross training programs for girls at the national level.
She actively participates in debates on the nursing profession, especially on International Nurses Day, and was the first teacher at Khalsa College of Nursing to receive a Certificate of Appreciation for excellence. She has authored books including Midwifery for ANM, Child Health Nursing, and Computer 4 Nurses as per the INC syllabus. With over 11 years of experience, she integrates modern technology with traditional nursing skills.
Sandeep Kaur, MSc, PhD (N) (Obstetrics and Gynecology Nursing), is Professor and Head of the Department at Khalsa College of Nursing, Amritsar, Punjab. She has over a decade of experience teaching Obstetrics and Gynecology Nursing to undergraduate and postgraduate students.
Dr. Kaur has published nearly 20 research papers and review articles in reputed national and international journals and has presented her work at numerous workshops and conferences. She has received several accolades, including Best Paper Presentation Award (2014), Best Researcher Award (2021), and Best Scientific Poster Presentation Award (2023).
She has supervised numerous BSc (N) and MSc (N) students and is an active life member of several professional associations. Known for her practical expertise and deep understanding of nursing education, she takes pride in contributing to the growth of the nursing profession.
