A passionate medical education advocate, Dr. Agrawal is a resource faculty member for faculty development programs (FDP) at SMU and MAMC, New Delhi. She has developed and implemented various innovative teaching-learning methodologies and conducted workshops for young faculty. She has completed the Advanced Course in Medical Education conducted by the MCI and the FAIMER Fellowship from Christian Medical College, Ludhiana. She serves as a member of the Medical Education Unit (MEU) and the Institutional Ethics Committee (IEC) of her college. She has published more than 30 research articles and is the Associate Editor of the Jalandhar Ophthalmological Society Journal. She is actively involved in designing and implementing the Competency-Based Medical Education (CBME) programme at her institution and in promoting undergraduate research through the Short-Term Studentship (STS) programme.
