Bhattacharjee, BTech (Civil Engineering), MTech (Structural Engineering), MPhil, PhD Former Joint Director-General, Military Engineering Services (MES) Former Professor, Amity University, Noida Dr. J. Bhattacharjee is a former Joint Director-General of MES and former Professor at Amity University. He currently serves as a DRB member for NHAI and chief consultant for a reputed firm. He holds degrees from Bengal Engineering College, IIT-Madras, Madras University, and Shri Venkateswara College, UP, with specialized courses at the NDC and Senior Defence Management course. With 50+ years of experience in civil engineering, Dr. Bhattacharjee has led projects in planning, design, and retrofitting. He has presented 150+ technical papers, published extensively, and is a life member of 15 technical bodies. He has received awards like the IBC Excellence Award and CIDC Vishwakarma Award and is a key expert on structure rehabilitation.
