Megha Sandeep Sheth, MPT (Community Rehabilitation), BSc (PT), has been serving as a Lecturer in Physiotherapy at SBB College of Physiotherapy, AMCMET, Ahmedabad, for the past 25 years. She is a PG and PhD guide at Gujarat University. She has more than 200 publications in national and international journals and has presented papers at national conferences and internationally at the World Physiotherapy. She has conducted seminars on electrotherapy, research in physiotherapy and clinical decision making along with delivering lectures on diverse topics at conferences. She has contributed as co-editor to six books and authored numerous chapters in physiotherapy textbooks. She has two copyrights and a provisional patent along with her students. She is an active member of Ethics Committees and regularly delivers lectures on Good Clinical Practice for the Gujarat Physiotherapy Teachers Association. She currently serves as Treasurer of the Gujarat State branch of the Indian Association of Physiotherapists (IAP) and has been honored with the prestigious Fellowship award at the IAP conference. She is also the Chairperson of the IAP Specialty Group for Older People, the Country Representative (India) at International Association of Physiotherapists Working with Older People (IPTOP), a subgroup of World Physiotherapy and a representative for PEDro South Asia.
