V Vinod Kumar
V. Vinod Kumar is currently Director Professor in the Department of Respiratory Medicine at the Institute of Thoracic Medicine, Madras Medical College, Chennai. His primary areas of interest are Tuberculosis and Clinical Pulmonology. In recognition of his significant contributions to tuberculosis research and clinical practice, he has been honored with the “Prof. S. N. Tripathy Memorial Oration Award” by the TB Association of India and the “Madras University TB Association Endowment Lecture.” Dr. Vinod Kumar has numerous national and international publications to his credit and has contributed chapters to several textbooks, including the Apollo Textbook of Medicine.
