Dr. Shilpa Garg is a Consultant Dermatologist at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, New Delhi, and a former Assistant Professor in the Department of Dermatology at the Army College of Medical Sciences, Delhi Cantt. She completed her MBBS from Kasturba Medical College, Mangalore, and her DNB in Dermatology from Base Hospital, Delhi Cantt.
Dr. Garg has received international mentorship in Aesthetic Dermatology and Lasers from Dallas, USA, and holds two fellowships: in Lasers and Dermatosurgery from AIIMS, New Delhi. She was the Joint Secretary of IADVL Delhi State Branch in 2018.
With over 50 indexed publications, she has authored Atlas & Synopsis of Dermatology and contributed to multiple dermatology books. Dr. Garg has won several awards, including the Best Paper Award at the International Society of Dermatologic Surgery Conference (2012) and at DERMACON (2007).
