Dr. Sharmin Khan, MTech, PhD
Dr. Sharmin Khan is Associate Professor in the Department of Architecture at Zakir Hussain College of Engineering and Technology, Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh, UP. With nearly 20 years of teaching experience, she is actively engaged in research in construction management and sustainable architecture. Her interest in architectural history inspired her to write History of Indian Architecture: Buddhist, Jain and Hindu Period and History of Islamic Architecture: Delhi Sultanate, Mughal and Provincial Period. Through her teaching and research, she strives to present complex concepts clearly and enhance students’ understanding of the subjects.
