Dr. Sharad Sarin is a former senior faculty at XLRI, Jamshedpur, and a visiting faculty at premier institutions including IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Ranchi, IIM Kashipur, University of Rhode Island (USA), University of Colorado at Boulder (USA), Helsinki School of Economics (Finland), and SP Jain School of Global Management, Sydney.
With over 45 years of professional experience, he has served as a consultant in marketing and strategic management and conducted executive training programs for senior and mid-level managers. He has authored two books and published numerous research articles in national and international journals.
Dr. Sarin was named among the top five business management teachers in India by Business Standard and received the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Higher Education Forum (2017) and IIM Indore (2022).
