SC Mandal
SC Mandal, MVSc, PhD, is Professor in the Department of Veterinary Parasitology, Faculty of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, West Bengal University of Animal and Fishery Sciences, Kolkata. He earned his BVSc & AH and MVSc from Bidhan Chandra Krishi Viswavidyalaya, WB, and PhD from Indian Veterinary Research Institute, Bareilly. He has held key administrative roles, including Acting Dean and Head of Department, and led several national research projects, submitting multiple gene sequences to the Gene Bank. His research focuses on molecular parasitology, and he has authored several books, including Veterinary Helminthology, Question Bank of Veterinary Parasitology, and Encyclopedic Glimpses of Veterinary Parasitic Diseases. He is Research Editor of Animal Science Reporter and has published numerous papers in national and international journals.
