Samta Soni, PhD, MSc (N), BSc (N), is a Lecturer at Government College of Nursing, Jaipur, Rajasthan. She is a dedicated and innovative nursing professional with extensive knowledge in both theoretical and practical aspects of nursing. Dr. Soni has organized and presented at numerous conferences, workshops, and seminars at national and state levels. She is the founder of SPHERE (Society of Public Health Education, Research and Empowerment) and holds leadership roles in professional organizations including SOCHN (Vice President, North Region), SOMI (Chapter Secretary, Rajasthan), TNAI (Life Member), and SPAI (Life Member).
