PD Sethi
P. D. Sethi obtained his B.Pharm. and M.Pharm. degrees from Panjab University, Chandigarh (India), and his Ph.D. from the University of Madras. Dr. Sethi has been associated with prestigious Federal Drug Testing Laboratories as a Pharmaceutical Analyst and has pursued his analytical career for over 20 years.
He has been actively associated with the Indian Pharmacopoeia (1996) as a Member of the Working Group, as well as Chairman and Member of several subcommittees. He continues to serve the National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL), Department of Science and Technology, Government of India, as an evaluator.
He has to his credit several monographs in the field of Pharmaceutical Analysis, the latest being Application of HPTLC in Quantitative Analysis of Pharmaceutical Formulations, the first exhaustive compilation on the subject. Because of his professional competence and commitment, he is highly respected within the analytical community.
