NK Jain
NK Jain is an internationally acclaimed academician and researcher in pharmaceutical sciences, with over 40 years of experience, including 25 years as a full professor. He served in key positions at institutions including Dr. HS Gour University, Delhi University, Dubai Pharmacy College, and ISF College of Pharmacy. Prof. Jain has authored more than two dozen books, over 70 book chapters, and nearly 500 research publications, supervising 57 PhD and 142 MPharm students.
He is globally recognized for his research in controlled and novel drug delivery systems, including dendrimer-based delivery. His work has earned him numerous national and international awards, including multiple IDMIA Research Awards, APTI Teacher of the Year, and Lifetime Achievement Awards from IAPST, IRA, and APTI. Ranked among the top 2% of scientists worldwide in pharmacology and pharmacy by Stanford University, he continues to be a respected teacher, researcher, and role model even years after superannuation.
