Mahesh Baldwa MBBS MD (Paediatrics) DCH LLB LLM PhD (Law) MBA FlAP MA (PSY) is Founder President of the Medicolegal Group of the Central Indian Academy of Pediatrics, Senior Medicolegal Advisor, and Senior Consultant Paediatrician at Baldwa Hospital, Mumbai. He has previously served as Assistant Professor of Paediatrics at TN Medical College and Nair Hospital, Mumbai, and as Assistant Professor at JJ Hospital, Grant Medical College, Mumbai. He has also been Visiting Professor, Paper Setter, and Examiner for the Department of Law, University of Mumbai.
