M. Veeramanikandan, ME,
is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Sri Ramakrishna Institute of Technology, Coimbatore. He received his undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Apollo Engineering College, Chennai, and his postgraduate degree in Thermal Engineering from Sri Ramakrishna Engineering College, Coimbatore. His research interests include solar photovoltaic thermal systems, solar air and water heating, and solar desalination. He is currently pursuing his PhD at Coimbatore Institute of Engineering and Technology, Anna University, Chennai.
