Tripti Srivastava Waghmare, MD, FAIMER, AFAMEE, MPhil, PhD, is Professor, Department of Physiology, Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College (JNMC), Wardha, with 16 years of experience in teaching physiology. She has extensive experience in faculty development and currently serves as Director of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell of the university. She also heads the Nodal Centre for National Faculty Development recognized by the National Medical Commission (NMC; formerly MCI).
