T Radha Bai Prabhu
Dr. T. Radha Bai Prabhu, MD, DGO, MNAMS, FRCOG, FRCS, PhD, DSc, is the former Director and Superintendent of the Institute of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Government Hospital for Women and Children, Chennai. With teaching experience since 1982, she has made significant contributions to obstetrics and gynaecology education.
Dr. Prabhu earned her MRCOG in 1996, FRCOG in 2009, and FRCS in 1997. She completed her PhD on "Infertility and Genital Tuberculosis" in 2010 and received a DSc in 2022 from MAHER University.
A gold medalist in both undergraduate and postgraduate studies, she has received multiple awards, including the Tamil Nadu Women Scientist Lifetime Achievement Award and six FOGSI awards. She has guided nine PhD scholars and more than 90 research projects.
