Swayam Pragyan Parida MD (Community Medicine) is currently Additional
Professor, Department of Community Medicine, AIIMS, Bhubaneswar. She has
25 years of standing experience in the medical profession which includes 12 years
as faculty, 3 years residency and 10 years as medical officer. She was instrumental in
establishing the immunization clinic, and anti-rabies vaccination centre in the OPD complex
of AIIMS, Bhubaneswar. She is the nodal officer for yellow fever vaccination centre,
immunization clinic and COVID-19 vaccination centre, and has established first Travel Health
Clinic in AIIMS, Bhubaneswar.
