Shama Lohumi
Shama Lohumi, PhD (Psychology), MSc (Nursing), MA (English), is the Principal of Shivalik Institute of Nursing, Shimla, Himachal Pradesh. With over three decades of experience in teaching and training nurses, she holds postgraduate degrees in Nursing and English and a Doctorate in Psychology.
A recognized authority on English grammar, Dr. Lohumi has authored three textbooks—two on English and one on Sociology—for BSc Nursing students, and contributed to numerous books and international journals. She has been writing textbooks for 15 years, and this is her fourth book.
