Saumya Rawat
Saumya Rawat MD, MRCP (UK) is an Associate Consultant in the Department of Rheumatology
and Clinical Immunology at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, New Delhi. She has received her medical
education and specialist training across India, the United States, and the United Kingdom. A
graduate of the Armed Forces Medical College in Pune, she completed her residency in Internal
Medicine at Memorial Healthcare System in Florida, USA. Subsequently, she attained the MRCP
(UK) and the Speciality Certificate in Rheumatology from the Royal Colleges of Physicians, United
Kingdom.
Her clinical and academic interests lie in autoimmune and musculoskeletal disorders, with a
particular emphasis on musculoskeletal ultrasound as a diagnostic and monitoring tool for these conditions. She
has authored peer-reviewed articles, review papers, and book chapters on diverse areas of rheumatology,
