Sarita Singh, MBBS, MD (Anesthesiology), PDCC, CCEPC, CCPPM, NEPM, is Professor of Pain and Palliative Medicine, Unit In-Charge, and Nodal Officer of the NDPS (Morphine) Committee at King George’s Medical University, Lucknow. She completed her MBBS and MD (Anesthesiology) at KGMU and PDCC (Pain Management) at IMS BHU, Varanasi. She has also earned a Certificate Course in Pain and Palliative Medicine (CCPPM) from Pallium India and NEPM certification. Dr. Singh’s personal experience with her father’s terminal cancer inspired her deep commitment to pain and palliative care, and she is dedicated to improving quality of life for patients with chronic and terminal illnesses.
