Santosh Joshi MSc, PhD is currently Head, R&D/QC/QA, Hamdard Laboratories, and has previous association with
Dabur R&D and new drug discovery and development unit of Lupin Laboratories Ltd. He is an experienced research and
development specialist with a proven track of working in the R&D of herbal/ consumer goods/ pharmaceutical industry for
more than 30 years. He is skilled in novel drug discovery and development from herbal sources, standardization of herbal
extracts and phytochemicals, development of herbal formulations, establishing quality management system, technology
transfer; has led R&D and quality team for successful USFDA audit; and is also involved in filing of investigational new drug
application with USFDA.
