Sandeep Kumar Gupta
Sandeep Kumar Gupta MD (Pharm) is currently Professor and Head,
Department of Pharmacology, and Vice Principal, Heritage Institute of
Medical Sciences, Varanasi, UP. He is a medical pharmacologist with
approximately 16 years of experience in both academics and industry.
He completed his MD (Pharmacology) from Rajendra Institute of Medical
Sciences, Ranchi, in 2007; and worked as senior research scientist in Ranbaxy
Research Lab, Gurugram, Haryana, and Assistant Professor, Dhanalakshmi
Srinivasan Medical College and Hospital, Perambalur, Tamil Nadu. He is
Associate Editor of TRIALS (a Springer-Nature journal). He has to his credit more
than 20 papers published in peer-reviewed national and international
journals and also contributed chapters to three books. He is a life-member of
the Indian Pharmacological Society.
