She has completed Masters in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy from Seth GS Medical College and KEM Hospital, Mumbai, Maharashtra. She is an Osteopath and specializes in Craniosacral therapy. Besides authoring the book 'Are You Posture Perfect?', she has published numerous research papers in national and international journals. She is the co-founder of PRAJ-The Rehab Sphere in Mumbai.
