Parneet Kaur Bedi, PhD, MPT (Neurology), DOMTP (Osteopathy), BPT, is a physiotherapist,
osteopath, researcher, and kinesiologist who heads the clinical practice at Brain,
Spine & Joint Clinic, Kharar, Mohali, Punjab. With extensive clinical expertise, she
combines evidence-informed physiotherapy with fascial science, osteopathic principles,
bioenergetics, and nervous system regulation to address the underlying causes of pain
and dysfunction. She has contributed to several national and international research
projects and authored multiple peer-reviewed publications. Through her clinical
practice, research and writing, she advances an integrative understanding of health that
