Padmaja Udaykumar
Dr. Padmaja Udaykumar, MD is Professor and Head of the Department of Pharmacology at Father Muller Medical College, Mangalore, Karnataka. With over 32 years of teaching experience, she has a strong interest in medical education and has served on the boards of studies of several universities. She has authored several publications, including this 22nd textbook in a series designed for medical, pharmacy, dental, nursing, and physiotherapy students. Her other notable works published by CBSPD include Medical Pharmacology and Pharmacology Companion.
Dr. Udaykumar has extensive experience in clinical pharmacology, having conducted and coordinated numerous clinical trials, and she advises clinicians on the rational and appropriate use of drugs. She has also contributed several research papers to reputed journals.
