Nishanth Rajan
Nishanth Rajan MBBS, MD Pediatrics is currently Professor, Department of Pediatrics, Pondicherry Institute of Medical
Sciences, Puducherry. With a decade of experience in the field, he began his medical career at PIMS itself, contributing to
both clinical care and academic training. In 2024, he was appointed as the Vice Principal, Undergraduate Studies, PIMS,
where he plays a pivotal role in shaping the educational experiences of medical students. He has been an
undergraduate and postgraduate examiner for various medical universities of India. He has to his credit over 20
publications, reflecting his commitment to advancing medical knowledge and contributing to the field of pediatrics. His
experience spans clinical practice, teaching, and research, making him a respected figure in both academic and
medical circles.
