Prof. N. K. Jain
Prof. N. K. Jain earned his PhD from the University of Saugor, Sagar. Beginning his academic career in 1973, he served as Lecturer in Pharmacy at Holkar College, Indore; Reader in Pharmaceutical Technology at M. S. University, Baroda; Professor and Principal at the College of Pharmacy, Nasik; Principal, College of Pharmacy, New Delhi; Visiting Professor at Dubai Pharmacy College, UAE; and Professor of Pharmaceutics at Dr. Hari Singh Gour University (formerly University of Saugor), Sagar.
Following his superannuation from Dr. H. S. Gour Central University, Sagar, he has been serving as UGC Emeritus Fellow at Rajiv Gandhi Technical University, Bhopal.
His research interests include controlled, novel, and targeted drug delivery systems; nanotechnology and nanomedicine. He is internationally recognized for his pioneering work in dendrimer-based drug delivery and pharmaceutical applications of carbon nanotubes.
