With nearly 30 years of experience, he has taught undergraduate and postgraduate medical students, as well as nursing and paramedical students.
Dr. Ray has been an examiner in orthopaedics for over 15 leading universities across India and has served as the President of the West Bengal Orthopaedic Association. He has also been the editor of a renowned orthopaedic journal. He has published more than 30 articles in national and international journals.
