Krishna Chattopadhyay
Krishna Chattopadhyay, PhD
Dr. Krishna Chattopadhyay is currently a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Department of Chemistry, University of Calcutta, Kolkata. She also serves as a Guest Lecturer in the Postgraduate Department of Chemistry at Lady Brabourne College, Kolkata. She earned her MSc degree in Chemistry from Burdwan University in 2012, qualified NET, GATE, and SET examinations, and obtained her PhD from IIT Kharagpur in 2017.
Following her doctoral studies, she joined the Indian Association for the Cultivation of Science (IACS), Kolkata, as a Postdoctoral Fellow under the SERB–NPDF scheme. Her research interests focus on bioinorganic chemistry and magnetochemistry. During her research career, she has worked with various sophisticated instruments and has published several papers in reputed national and international peer-reviewed journals.
