Komakula Santhoshi
Komakula Santhoshi, PhD (Pursuing), MSc (N), MA (Sociology), PGDCA, is presently serving as a Nursing Tutor at the College of Nursing, All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Mangalagiri, Andhra Pradesh. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Nursing under the National Consortium for PhD in Nursing.
She has over a decade of experience in nursing education and clinical practice. Prior to joining the College of Nursing, she served as a Nursing Officer at AIIMS, Mangalagiri. Earlier in her career, she worked as a Lecturer and Clinical Instructor at various nursing institutions across Andhra Pradesh, contributing to the education and professional development of nursing students.
As an academician, she has been actively involved in teaching undergraduate and postgraduate nursing students, developing educational resources, mentoring learners, and contributing to nursing literature through book chapters in the fields of Nursing Informatics and Nursing Management.
