K. B. Rajoria
K. B. Rajoria is a civil engineer with an ME in Soil Mechanics and Foundation Engineering (Gold Medalist) from the University of Roorkee and is a former Engineer-in-Chief, PWD, Delhi. He has held several prestigious positions, including President of the Indian Buildings Congress, President of the Indian Roads Congress, and Chairman of the Quality and Safety Forum of The Institution of Engineers (India). He has been honored with a Certificate of Outstanding Achievements by the Government of Delhi and a Gold Medal for Outstanding Services by the Government of Arunachal Pradesh. He has published several papers in professional journals and has authored books on various aspects of construction.
