K Raghavendra Rao MBBS, MD
is former Professor and Head, Department of Physiology, Kasturba Medical College, Manipal, MAHE. He has vast academic
and teaching experience, including administration and implementing a fully integrated curriculum for the Manipal Melaka
Program and St. Matthews University, Cayman Islands, British West Indies.
He introduced clinical cases for both teaching and assessment to make medical physiology interesting and engaging
for first-year learners. Additionally, he standardized the questions and stations for the Objective Structured Practical
Examination (OSPE) in physiology
